I really enjoy doing this. It is so neat - to see what his mind is thinking is truly intriguing.
I am constantly amazed at his answers.
So here is the interview in it’s entirety (note: this is the EXACT wording of both what I said and what he answered - although the items in parentheses are my thoughts on his responses, not anything that was actually said). Enjoy!

This is so cute! I've done this once or twice with my almost 4 year old. I love not knowing what he's going to say(at least right now I do) in a few years I'm sure that simple fact will scare me.
ReplyDeleteHey, can you pick me up some stamps??? Since you live there and all :-))
ReplyDeleteOK that was so super cute!!!
How sweet! I love how kids interpret things. It can be really eye opening. They are so honest which can be really refreshing.
ReplyDeleteI can not wait to do this with my little guys once he is older!
Adorable! I love how he thinks you live in the post office, too cute!
ReplyDeletetotally cute. how funny that he has a favorite letter.
ReplyDeleteI love when you interview Hayden! I had read all of past ones when they were posted, so it's really fun to see his progress. And it's funny to know you still live at the post office, LOL!!
ReplyDeleteI was really hoping he would say I was his favorite person. Did mom tell you he called me yesterday? He saw a picture of me and thought it was mom. So, they called me and Hayden invited me over to play. I told him I couldn't come and he said "maybe tomorrow." I wish I could come play!!!
ReplyDeleteHayden needs to plan an overnight stay with Auntie M and Clark! Maybe in the summer when it's warm and we can swim!
That's a great idea to do interviews with him! Something that will be priceless to look back on:)
ReplyDeleteTwo things, great read, and I'm stealing this! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL!!! The post office cracks me up!
ReplyDeleteHayden is too cute and funny!

ReplyDeleteI love this! I am so going to borrow your idea and try to regularly do this with my daughter. I think seeing how their answers change would be fun.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that you still live "at the post office."
ReplyDeleteI'm with Leslie...think it's hilarious that he stills claims you live at the post office. At least it's kind of close to your house. Thanks to Hayden for giving me a good laugh! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove it!!! I think I'm going to start doing this!! : )
