my sweet little boy.

The other day, when I dropped Hayden off at school... his teacher handed me a note that the music teacher had written.

It said that when the class had left the classroom the other day (the music teacher comes to their classroom to teach) to go to chapel, Hayden turned around and told the music teacher, "Thank you for coming."

The teacher thought it was very cute (and I have to agree). His spontaneous declaration of gratitude is definitely sweet.

It makes me happy to see that he is so nice (well... at least sometimes... he is certainly not nice at all times, but he obviously has his moments).

It also makes me proud... I am glad his comment made the teacher happy and I am pleased to see that he was able to show his appreciation for her in such a simple, yet profund way.

Obviously the comment meant something... I mean, the teacher took the time to actually write a note about it.

So good job Hayden!... You make your mommy so proud and happy!

EVERY kid has their moments... That's their job :)

Yay for Hayden, and good job Melissa and Randy for raising a sweet little boy.
