A week ago, I celebrated my birthday with my parents. Randy, Hayden, and I went over to their condo for steaks on the grill. We also had corn on the cob, asparagus, fried potatoes, and cake, cookies, and ice cream. Needless to say, it was DELICIOUS!
I also opened my birthday presents. I received a gift certificate to Luxe (which will cover my “eyebrow treatments”) as well as a trip to St. Louis – which was a complete surprise.
My parents had booked Randy and I a 2-night stay at The Westin St. Louis for Wednesday, September 2nd - Friday, September 4th. In addition, they got us tickets to a Cardinals game (I have never been to a professional Baseball game). But the main reason for this trip and the St. Louis destination was the other tickets they got for me: 2 tickets to a blink-182 concert (with Weezer). Awesome!
I am definitely a fan and this trip should be a lot of fun! The whole entire trip should be great.
So, thanks mom and dad for the gifts! I REALLY appreciate it (and I think Randy does too!!!)!
P.S. The seats to both events are incredible! My mom did REALLY well in her purchases!
I am sooo jealous! I saw Weezer a few years ago (with Tenacious D) and they were totally badass
